How we count pay
We never mix offers from job ads with numbers shared by staff. These are two different facts about the employer, and the reader should see both.
We take the median from open job ads with monthly pay. We convert all sums to soum at the Central Bank of Uzbekistan rate on that date. We only use sums from 1 to 100 million per month.
We show the median even from one ad. We show the pay range only from four or more ads. With two or three numbers, the range misleads.
We merge an employer’s Uzbek Latin, Uzbek Cyrillic and Russian names into one registry page.

A warning, not a verdict
We state what we found and what we checked it against: no licence, a demand for advance payment or one number used by several “employers”. We make no finding of guilt.
An organisation can confirm or correct the record and reply. We publish the reply next to the entry.
a dispute and the reply are published in the same release as the item they contest
